The concession to LendLease for the development of a part of MIND is granted

LendLease, Arexpo and the Municipality of Milan have signed the concession agreement for the development of a part of MIND Milano Innovation District over the next 99 years by LendLease. Over the next weeks, the respective surface rights will be transferred to LendLease. LendLease Italy and Continental Europe Head Andrea Ruckstuhl and Arexpo President Giovanni Azzone have commented that this will accelerate the developments in the area.
