Information on the processing of personal data

Before you provide us with personal data concerning you, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (art.13) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 et seq., the aim of which is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular the right to protection of personal data, it is necessary for you to read information that can help you understand the reasons why your personal data will be processed, explaining what your rights are and how you can exercise them.

1. Purpose of personal data processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of registering and responding to your contact requests for the relevant service.

2. Methods of data processing

Processing is carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means and transmitted via telematic networks. The same are processed using paper-based methods. The data controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a suitable level of security adequate to the type of data processed.

3. Data controller

The data controller is Arexpo S.p.A., with registered office in via Cristina Belgioioso 171 20157 Milan, in the person of its legal representative.

4. Provision of data

The provision of your personal data is a necessary condition for answering your questions and following up your requests.

5. Communication and dissemination of data

Your data will be communicated to third parties (e.g. suppliers) or other collaborators identified as data processors appointed by the data controller. The full list of third parties as data processors is available at the controller’s registered office.

The recipients of your personal data have been adequately trained to be able to process your personal data and ensure the same level of security as offered by the controller.

6.  Conservation period

Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the service for which they were collected.

7.  Rights for data subjects

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 where applicable, with particular reference to Article 13 paragraph 2) letter B) which provides for the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing, oppose and portability of personal data. Your requests to exercise your rights should be addressed to the e-mail address privacy@arexpo.it or by registered mail to Arexpo with registered office, in Via Cristina Belgioioso n. 171.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint and contact the supervisory authority pursuant to articles 77 and 79 of EU Reg 2016/679.
